Since 2009, we have been cultivating our coffee in accordance with the principles of organic farming. At the heart of our farm, Mrs. Sliti Martine and Mr. Sliti Mongi work together: from planting to cup, including harvesting and processing, to sales and promotion. Everything happens on our farm, on our 1.5 hectares; our production, although modest, is the result of an infinite passion for our coffee!
