From the hand-harvested and rigorously processed beans from the same 60-hectare plot, 5 different coffees were born, which offer a wide range of tastes, aromas and personalities.
The Itzae coffee is fermented for 24 hours and dried on African beds for a week. This coffee is prepared according to the best practices of the washed method, the most classic method in the world of coffee.
